Global distinction for ATHENA RACING TEAM at the F1 in Schools World Final

The best female team in the world is Greek and it is the ATHENA RACING TEAM!
The Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi Partnership won the prestigious FIA Women in Motorsport Award at the F1 in Schools World Final held from 10 to 13 September 2023.
The students of Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi who participate as members of the “ATHENA RACING TEAM” are Dafni Valiadou, Evangelia Vournazou, Georgia Samara and Katerina Halbe. Our students worked together systematically, with persistence, patience, with an emphasis on detail, team spirit, creativity, inspiration and conquered the top!
In the Panhellenic Competition F1 in Schools each School participates with its own Student Teams. The Student Teams that are ranked in the first five places of the Competition create Collaboration Teams which are indicated by the organization.
The Student Team “ENIGMA” of the Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi after standing out with the 3rd place in the 11th Panhellenic Competition F1 in Schools 2023 collaborated with the Student Team “ALACRITY” from the Erasmion Hellenic German School and the Collaboration Team “ATHENA RACING TEAM” was created ”.
The above distinctions continue the stable and successful course of the Student Teams of the Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi in the F1 in Schools student competition, which in recent years have won top prizes both nationwide and worldwide.
The Student Teams of our School in recent years have distinguished themselves with extremely important distinctions and firsts in the Panhellenic F1 in Schools Competition as well as in the World Final winning Awards such as the Digital Media Award (2022), the Fastest Car Award (2019) as well as high positions in the top ten.
