World Digital Media Award and 7th place for the “Vision Racing” Student Team at the F1 in Schools World Championship

The “Vision Racing” Student Team participated with great success in the 17th World Finals of the international STEM student competition F1 in Schools, which took place from July 10 to 15, 2022 at the legendary Silverstone circuit in Great Britain. The Collaboration Group of the Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi and the Erasmios Greek-German School won the Digital Media Award.

In addition, with more than 50 team entries from all over the world, the Vision Racing Team took an excellent 7th place.

The above distinctions continue the stable and successful course of the Student Teams of the Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi in the F1 in Schools student competition, which in recent years have won top prizes both nationwide and worldwide.

The members of the Student Team “Vision Racing” are the students: Dionysis Kanellis, Xenophon Moronis, Jason Valiadis, Ergis Papadopoulos (Ekpedeftiki Anagennisi), Giorgos Tsokas, Michalis Kotsovos, Nikolas Sakellis, Nikolas Tselikas, Theodoris Paleokostas (Erasmios Greek-German School) .

The Coaches who undertook the preparation of the Student Team are Mr. Dimitris Moraitis, Mr. Yiannis Toundas (Educational Renaissance) and Mr. Stelios Tsakoumagos (Erasmios Greek- German School).
